BUSINESS RESUME
Evans Heywood, CPM is a second generation real estate man.
His father started in real estate in 1934. Evans got his license in 1956.
He is past chairman of the Phoenix Multiple Listing Service
and is a past President of the Arizona Chapter of Institute of Real Estate
Management.
He is President of Heywood Realty & Investment, Inc.
with numerous locations covering the entire valley and still growing.
Evans is the 1976 President of the Phoenix Board of Realtors
and a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association of Realtors.
His current association with the Institute of Real Estate
Management is as a member of the National Governing Council, and he was the
Regional Vice-president for the States of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah
and Wyoming for the years of 1974 and 1975.
He has been guest lecturer on real estate at Arizona State
University, and has been an instructor at Scottsdale Community College,
teaching Real Estate Management and Real Estate Investment Strategy for the
past several years.
